Incorrect and incomplete packaging from Takealot

So Takealot sent me size 2 rechargeable shoes, in a size 13 box. When I queried this, they refused to exchange the shoes, citing policies. Fine. I then ask them to send me the misding charger for the shoes. To rub salt to a wound, they refused that as well. So now I'm stuck with big shoes of which I cannot derive full benefit from even in a year or two due to their neglegence in packaging the order, and they refused to take accountability.
