Incorrect and broken article received.
I purchased an item from take a lot. Upon delivery I noticed the the article was different to what was advertised and broken. I contacted take a lot and all I hit was emails stating “WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST AN AN AGWNT WILL CONTACT YOU. I gave my contact details for them to call me and still no response. At the time of purchase the money was taken immediately. So I expect an immediate response to my problem. I don’t see why I have to wait. So that’s it. To who advertise on take a lot I will not be purchasing from take a lot instead instead I will use the app called “SHEIN” no mess no fuss get exactly what you ordered. So can take contact me urgently to resolve my problem.
