Incorrect advertising and negligence

I've made several purchases from Kalahari and was rather satisfied with the service. Last week I saw an item advertised on the takealot website on the 15.06.2015 to be precise. I went ahead, placed the order for two of the items and paid for it this is the Kenwood multi one. As a supplier/company my offer to purchase the product at the price it was advertised for was accepted and deducted from my account. On the 19.06.3015 I received an email advising me that one of the DVD's I ordered were not available even though on the website they did not mention that the supplier was out of stock.The product is still being advertised. I mailed the consultant back and requested additional information on the Kenwood, there was no response from Takealot regarding my query, on the 22.06.2015 I emailed once again requesting feedback. During this time the Kenwood was still being advertised, this morning I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled as they advertised it for the incorrect price. This is poor service and unacceptable. The technical error that you experienced is not my fault, as a company you should have measures in place in order to avoid this.
