Incorrect advertised Ladder

Hi, Years ago i have purchased a telescopic foldable ladder which has served me well for the work i do, unfortunately there were some flaws and weaknesses i noticed and eventually the ladder became unusable. Recently i went about purchasing a similar telescopic ladder from Takelot as i noticed there were significant improvements to the design. Those included in the advertised picture are red bottom step bracings and double wide stabilizing feet . What got delivered to me was exactly the old design ladder i had years ago without those improvements . I went about logging a return ,ladder was collected two days later and my return was rejected without any reason . I emailed and called Takelot ,spoke to a few consultants and was told they would get in contact with the warehouse who handled my return . Before i knew it the ladder has been returned to my address in same package . I immediately logged another return ,with them eventually responding to my email queries stating that 'a label ' has been missing and the ladder cannot be scanned back into their system therefore return was rejected on first try . The 2nd logged return they came and collected ladder again and i presume send back to the warehouse. In the meantime i have send emails detailing the reason for the ladders return as its not the same ladder as advertised in Takelot's advertised picture. The responce from them was most disappointing, they returned pictures stating the ladder has been used and had scratches and scuff marks and again rejected my return request, seemingly looking for excuses not to honour their return policy or making up excuses . I now have a ladder thats not what i ordered with disappointing and abysmal return policy rules. Benn purchasing from Takelot for over 10 years now have lost a customer for life .
