Incorrect advert

<p>I ordered two Maisto Radio controlled cars for my twins for Christmas, the advert states that it has a Maisto Tri Channel Transmitter and that three people can play alongside each other. On opening the gift it was discovered that they were both operating on the same frequency and it was not possible for them to play alongside as was advertised. I took up the problem with takealot.com via email. I received an answer saying that Nicole was my service adviser for the problem on the request number ********** on order number ********** on the 28th of December, that was the last correspondence that I have received. I sent another email after this date and still no action!!!!</p>
