INCOPETENT AND INCOSIDERATE

On Saterday the 16th November I placed an order and I chosed the fast delivery to be for the 19th being a Tuesday. My order arrived and it was 1 item short that I will need to use Thursday as my function is on Friday.Now mind you I reported this immediate when I got my parcel. When I spoke with Sandiso BY 12:24 Sandiso rep**** and advised to correct the matter they can replace the item,I said proceed. Now this morning the 20th I received an email form Otagain.R that it was a packing error I must kindly advised if I want a replacement which is I already said yesterday to Sandiso yes he must proceed with the replacement, Otagain responded team only rep**** this morning that it was a packaging error and the earliest would be tomorrow ,Now jiki jiki it will be the 2nd Dec because they are waiting on the supply KANTI WHAT HAPPEND TO THE ONE THAT WAS AT THE WAREHOUSE THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY PARCEL. I AM ****ED WITH TAKEALOT THEY ARE FUL OF ****
