Inconveniencing customers !!!!

Take a lot is more of a hassle than a convenience. I ordered seven products altogether on October 13, 2024, and one of them was ready for pickup. I received an email on October 22, 2024, confirming that all of the items were ready.

However, I received an email this morning that the one item that was prepared has been canceled, and I will receive credit for it.

What foolishness is this? I ordered everything at once, not separately, and I will pick it up when it's ready. Please don't bother me!

I want my money refunded in full if I don't receive the cancelled item along with the rest of my items!
