Inconveniences and inconsistencies

Absolutely horrible service. I placed a order from Takealot last Thursday. All my products where in stock and the estimated delivery was the next day. It is now a full 6 days later and I have nothing. I have called them about 3 times a day since and everyone I speak to says they don't know what's happening with this order. I was even told that I canceled my order and that's why they didn't deliver. I wasted R6500 of my money flying my family in to a home that's supposed to be fully furnished. I STILL HAVE NOTHING from Takealot. As a takealot more member this is just truly disappointing. They do not hold to their times and promise you dates on which they cannot follow through on. They tell you they will call you back and never do. They cancel Your orders and blame you. Then they have the audacity to put R100 in my account as a "sorry". I've just spent R22000 with them. R100 to say sorry is insulting.
