Inconvenienced by takealot!

I re**** on takealot's word that my package would o ly be delivered on the 9th December. There was not going to be anybody available before then. A driver delivered on the 6th and promised to reschedule for the 9th. There was no option to reschedule on the app. My order has been cancelled and the item is now sold out and impossible for me to order. Very unhappy with takealot service!
