Inconvenience with delivery not done on the date stated on app and a reschedule done wih no communication..totally inconvenienced

I placed an order and got the sms for delivery to he done on 29 Nov 2023 ..I request to be at home the whole day waiting for deliveries ..and my first delivery for the day was delivered at 17:35pm..second delivery I waited till midnight, on next day I call take a lot as there was no communication regarding my order ..as I track it on their app..it only shows hat deliveries to he done before 17pm on 29th Nov 2023...The 30th Nov I call them to track my delivery as there was no communication...only to he told that my delivery might be delivered after the 2nd Jan 2024.what kind of service is this? WHYmust I be inconvenienced twice ..wait with no communication and get my order postponed to be delivered ..what ever hiccups the business experiences shouldn't inconvenience me as the customer I plan and now I am totally inconvienced ..
