Inconvenience at its Best and very poor return process 😢

I placed an order for teething mitten gloves on 19 March 2023. Collected the item on 23 March 2023, and to my surprise, they gave me milk dispensers. I returned the order on 24 March 2023, and the guy at their offices could not give me a reference for the returned item. Today, a guy by the name of Rodwell came to collect the wrong item. I'm like really, how possible is this and what kind of a system is takealot using 🤔 when I'm I receiving the correct item I ordered. I'm not collecting it this time since I went to their deport twice. Order #***
