I'm nice and fed-up! I bought an Emporio AR2477 Mens Armani Dress Watch - Silver (Parallel Import), including other items on 25 November 2018 (at Black Friday prices) with a notification that it was to be delivered on the 7th December 2018. On the 5th of Deember I was sent an email stating that "We're sorry to let you know that the following item in your order has unfortunately been delayed and your estimated delivery date has changed to Wednesday, 12 December 2018 ". Reciept of delivery took place on Monday, 10th December, only to realise that the watch is not part of the delivery. When I went to verify on my App, with no notification done as they did on the 5th of December via email, I find that the watch order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock. Like really??? This was suppose to be my husband's birthday present in two weeks time!! Now while Takealot.com found it easy to inform me of my refund being processed, they coldly didn't take into consideration that being the Christmas season, all suppliers re busy with orders already made. I've tried all that's in my power, and no supplier is able to meet my delivery requirements at thi stage. I'm upset!! I'm disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do something!!!
