Inconsiderate

I paid for my order last month and it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to come I send an email they were going to look into it no other reply just a your order has no stock and cancelled??????? I've been sending emails and haven't received any feedback as to how it is fair that I paid last month they didn't deliver just to cancel????
