Incompotent wong stock received

I have ordered 2 x sets of washing detangle ***** i received incorrect stock last week i am since struggling with them to deliver correct stock. Now they have loaded a replacement order and expect me ro repay delivert that was paid. Also they have cancelled my second set without any notificatiion and do not want want so send it. Third wrong delivery in one week. Total imcompetend. Need them ro sent me my correcr ordee and one that qas cancelled without delivery fee
