Incomplete Refund

I logged a query on Saturday on your page and Sinethemba responded that she will get back to me (***) but she hasn't. I followed up the next day and it's been radio silence since. I returned both the phone and the protective case on ref#MRRN-F7VVX-EP47 but I was only refunded for the phone. I noticed the case is still showing as collection scheduled however it was in the same box that had the phone so if you received the phone then you ought to have received the case as well, please advise the status of the refund for the case.
