Incomplete package

Good day I ordered the polygel set for my sister and upon deliver we found that there was only 1 polygel inside while the order says you get 3. I tried to call your contact center with no joy. I even wrote a review that also didn't work. I mean 299 is alota money to get an incomplete package guys
