Incomplete orders delivered

My binoculars and rechargeable spotlight arrived and they are working fine except in both cases they did not include the shoulder straps as promised. At first, I called them and queried that the shoulder strap was not included. I was told log a return. I logged a return for the binoculars so that they can send them back with the strap, but they refunded me instead. Now I have received my spotlight without the shoulder strap again. And it was supposed to be included. I have decided not to log a return as I want the spotlight😞😞
