incomplete order received

Good day, I placed an order on black Friday. the order was incorrectly delivered. i logged an complaint. got a couple of emails that they are sending the complaint to the correct department. the item that i did not receive was my sons Christmas gift. i had to buy another since this was not resolved by Christmas. and never hear anything again.
