Incomplete order paid for in full

I am very angry and disappointed as a loyal take a lot client.I received my delivery however one of the product was incomplete,I purchased Vital aid slim teas natural fruity bundle deal of 3 boxes for R150 sold by TV MALL PTY(LTD) however I only received one box instead of a bundle of 3 boxes and i am unable to log a return as it is a non Returnable item ..how do I get my complete order that I paid for or my money back ?this is ridiculous and seems to be happening a lot lately I need my complete order or please refund me my money for the missing 2 boxes. order number ***
