Incomplete order delivery

I have raised a query 2 weeks ago about an item (facial pore sunction)that was not delivered and no one has bothered to respond to my query. My order was incomplete when delivered and instead they send me an adverti*****t paper of the product I paid for. I made my order on the 9th of December and delivery was received on the 12th December. It doesn’t help to deliver early if you will be delivering incomplete orders. Customer service is very much slow and poor, no one responded to my query but I was asked to rate the assistant I got from customer service , how st******t
