incomplete order

i ordered REHIDRAT®, Oral Electrolyte Mixture, Orange, 14g x 20 sachets i only received 2x sachets i sent a quetry to the Twitter DM and they said they will update me when they get a response. i honestly do not expect them to take a week to resolve the issue, they are aware of what they packaged for me. may i please receive my remaining 38 sachets please .
