Incomplete Order

Order number *** I placed a order (6 items) 3 were delivered to me on the 18/04/23... 2 were mine, 1 was not, returned the item not belonging to me back to Takealot. Then still missing (4 items) I then received a refund on 2 items, no longer available 26/04/23 Numerous emails back & forth questioning the 2 still missing items, not delivered 🙄 & if you contact them by phone (good luck) they simply don't answer, I've even communicated on their Facebook messenger & still no joy?!

Very frustrating, I must say & very disappointing 😞 Now I have requested a refund for the 2 missing items, let's see how long this takes to process
