Incomplete order.

I've been using takealot.com for years now and have never encountered a problem until last week. I had placed an order for 8 items, when delivery came last Monday, 5 items were never delivered and 1 item was incorrect. I have emailed on numerous occasions, however have received no communication back. I assume that they are just going to keep my money and items for themselves. I will be taking my business to Amazon from now on.
