incomplete machine

I ordered from takealot, the following:Order #***. My order came the following day cause I have paid fast delievry for a birthday gift. When it arrive I signed on opening the box I realized that there were stuff missing, I immediately contact them and they picked. 5 day later my replaced item came, which I believed they just closed my old package and sent it back to me , with the same parts missing, how can you sent to same thing I returned. Very upset now they want to collect again and I have to wait another 5 days, for the shame missing part machine to come back to me. NOT VERY COOL AT ALL, PLEASE SENT WITH YOU ADVERTISING. POOR SERVICE.
