Incomplete items delivered twice

I ordered a Xiaomi phone and robot vacuum bundle. When I received the order, the phone box inside was empty. (Probably ****** by the packer in the warehouse). Immediatly logged a return and dropped off at pickup point the same day.

After numerous emails of incompetance and 2 weeks later, i got a notification I can collect my order. When i collected, I immediatly said it was wrong as the box is too small to contain both items. Low and behold, i opened and it only the phone.

logged another return, phoned in and spoke to the person at the drop off that the vacuum is not there.

for the next 3 days I sent mails with no response. I phoned in again and they want me to drop off the phone again as a return.

I am busy using this phone for personal and work. They are refusing to sort it out and send me what is owed.

The service has been terrible and frustrating to say the least. The call center is friendly and trying, but the superiors are refusing to listen or come up with a solution.
