Incomplete Item Delivered

<p>I have ordered Cube X3 Wireless Bluetooth 2.1 Speaker. When I opened the item tried using it didn't want to work. A close look at the item I found the battery is missing. On their website, it shows battery included. When I email support the rep**** back I need to log return ticket. That is not going to help me. This item is for a birthday present. So what do I tell this person sorry Takealot delivered your item incomplete!!!! They need to send me new unit complete and at the same time, they can collect the other unit. I need this item by tomorrow!!!!!</p>
