Incomplete item

I bought a 928 type protection device from them. On the day of collection the item did not have a charger and one of the contact points was missing. When I drew the attention of it to the assistant, Ricardo, at the Parow collection point, he smiled (jokingly) and rep**** that I should file a return on the app.

Up to date Takealot have not done a single thing to resolve this, after having done everything they requested of me. I then found an alternative device to just have the charger, and today I've become a distributor of protection devices, myself.

Takealot has poor after-sales service, staff who play games with customer orders and show no regard for good customer care.
