Incomplete device - parts missing

My first disappointment with Takealot. Ordered a "Dancing Cactus Baby Mimicking Recording Music Light Up Baby Interactive Toy". It was delivered without the charger cable it was meant to have, and without the battery cover. Probably ****** out of the box during packing. Have returned the item, hope I get a complete on next!
