Incomplete delivery & poor return service

We ordered a 2 sectional George & Mason couch from Takealot in December 2020, only 1 section of the couch was delivered to our office. We lodged a return as it was their responsibility and we needed a couch urgently for our Airbnb.

We then ordered 2 more couches from them - the other section of the couch is still at our offices. The return is just concluded every time we lodge a return. They keep promising that they will collect it before 5 pm and no one comes. Poor service after many many years of support to them.
