Incomplete delivery (****** items)

: I ordered 2 Pairs Padded Insoles for Women Soles for Shoes and High Heels and 6 Gel Dots which were costing R198 and a Huawei watch charger. I only received the charger and 6 gel dots. The two padded insoles are missing. The box looked tempered with reported this immediately on the 27 November when I collected my parcel. On the 28 November I received an email from Johneil P requesting for further information which I provided after that he never came back to till today. On the 29 November I received the same email from Kyle A requesting for the same information that I provided to Johneil. I responded. Till today she never responded. On the 2nd December I received an email from Ashleigh V saying that they will respond soon. I sent two follow up emails to Kyle A on the 6 Dec but I did not get feedback, I called take a lot on the 11 December but no proper feedback regarding the missing items
