INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

I don’t even know what to say . Placed an order on the 22nd of May and received it on the 30th of May. I only received one item, I noticed Takealot immediately about this shocking incident but no till now I haven’t received the missing items . They keep telling me they are busy escalating to the couriers and awaiting for feedback. No ETA is provided and they don’t want to refund me
