Incomplete Delivery

I have purchased a 3m x 2m Gazebo Oztrail. Not only was the package delivered a day later BUT it is incomplete as well...

Only received the material (sheet) which was contained in a 30cm x 30cm little package. If you here the word Gazebo, don't you at least expect the package to be a little bigger??? Are you guys complete idiots?

This happened with my wife two weeks ago as well. Bought Azzaro WANTED together with another item and the Azzaro was omitted from the package. AND Takealot has the nerve to ask for video footage or was the parcel tampered with.

This is outrageous and unacceptable service delivery. I have been purchasing from Takealot for many years now and their service is just getting worst by the day. I get better service from Wish in China.

Wake up and smell the coffee TAKEALOT...
