Incomplete and damaged orders

Absolute **** poor service from this company of late. They used to be the top notch shopping destination. Now every second order is either incorrect or stock damaged or not as advertised on the platform.

I order a modem, they send me a ****ing retro gaming console. Worst part, I waited 3 weeks for this service.

Disgusting.
