On Feb.21 I ordered and paid an inverter {11.103R}. Today I get a mail telling me the order was cancelled "as I did not pay" !!!!! I did send them proof of payment and all the details All they did was sending me to their absolutely useless so-called help center. They refuse to reimburse me by saying that I never paid . The amount was deducted from my FNB account. My advice STY AWAY FROM TAKEALOT
