A company run with *********** employees. We bought a blender and got it from George pick up point..all good. Blender broke, returned it to pick up point where employee assured me he would scan in reference and send it off...a week later no reply from them. Send them mails and the replies take 3 days or more without solution on where our blender is. Finally went to pick up point just to find out our package is still there...never sent. They told me the employee responsible was fired. They got my blender away finally...a week later return was approved and my blender was sent back, but to P.E. pick up point. Again i phoned there useless call center and they said they will sort it...now a week later i get another mail with a reminder to pick up at P.E. pick up point.. i cannot understand how difficult it is to get a package to the correct pick up point...on my profile i have onle used the george pick up point. So rather online shop with Game or hifi corp or any other store since all are now online..but stay away from overpriced and useless takealot.
