I ordered a table on the 12th June and I was supposed to receive it Friday of the 17th.Friday morning the drive call me for takealot delivery guess what a whole small stupid pillow was delivered to me while I was so excited to receive my table.The same time I logged a return and it was collected on Monday around 10am.Today when I call and ask about my order I was told it will take a week to weeks for me to receive it because they have to process some internal investigation which I don’t understand why it has to affect me as a customer , why in a first place a wrong was delivered to me. I they not checking our packages before dispatch?
