I have ordered a toner for my printer on 8 April 2020. I received a delivery date of 15 April 2020 - NOT DELIVERED. I then put in a query, and received a delivery date of 20 April 2020 - NOT DELIVERED AGAIN. I put in another query, and then got a delivery date of yesterday, 5 May 2020 - NOT DELIVERED AGAIN.This morning I were not able to print shool work for children as the toner is now empty, nor can I proceed to work from home, as I cannot print. What to I need to do to get my parcel, travel to wherever the parcel is at the moment and collect. Shocking how quick Takealot is to take my money, but *********** to deliver the product. If Takealot cannot deliver the parcel, tell me so that I can inform the public on social media. I have heard enough excuses, just deliver the product that I have paid for a month ago.
