Takealot support staff is completely ***********.

I have been calling the call centre the past five days; on other instances calling in twice a day but todate none of them have come back to me with update of my return product.

I have paid for my product and almost 3 weeks after logging a return request, I am still without the purchased item, no replace item, and no refund.

The past 5days, i have been in communication with the following call centre staff and not one of them has come back to me as promised nor have they resolved my quiry. The worst thing is that we were supposed to leave for festive holidays. But have to postpone our trip at the Christmas gift has not yet arrived and now im being told they are unable to track my delivery..... like really????? No agent can tell me if my items are at the return centre, ware house or if they been dispatched...? Like now what???

I am so disappointed at takealot. I honestly didn't expect this from such a reputable company.
