I received some of the most appalling service known to man! Truly deplorable! I ordered a Xmas gift via Takealot and the site confirmed delivery on 21st December. Since then the parcel has been shipped to incorrect centres back and forth, causing the delay of Xmas presents, much to my irritation.

As things stand, there is still no parcel and still no update on the whereabouts of the parcel! I have attempted to escalate with a supervisor but it would seem everyone is off enjoying their Xmas while my presents are MIA! Customer care reps have been poor at best...terrible service! Particularly at this time of the year when it counts most! At this point I’ll get the parcel in 2019, if ever...Takealot should not take on deliveries over Xmas period of they can’t deliver. It’s misleading and bad business
