I have placed an order on the 05 December 2017. and it has been out for delivery for more than a week. I constantly call customer service and i have requested to speak to the manager and i just get put on hold. I keep receiving excuses that my delivery address is not clear enough. I have ordered from Takealot and used this address more than once. I cant understand how the driver cannot find the address. Its appalling that Takealot uses such an *********** courier service. They do not even have the decency to return calls let alone assist the customer.
