I have purchased for years on take a lot and found it to be great service. I purchased a gel foam mattress that was vacuum packed. When it arrived, and we opened it. It did not fit properly on my bed frame. So I removed it and booked the return. Now surely when I book the return, you can see what the size of the item being returned is? First a normal sedan car was sent, then another car, then a 2.2l van... None of this could fit the item! Then I phoned and spoke to someone to explain that it is amattress that war vacuum packed any I can't vacuum pack it but it is standing upright to be collected! In my house. Clean as it was when opened. Eventually after a week, a truck big enough to collect came. Normally with a return, I get the message that it has been received within a day, but this one took longer. So where was the item before it got to the warehouse. Did you actually check what was being returned and acknowledge my making you aware that it is a mattress that I cannot revaccum pack because I cannot? This is an unused item, that through your own inability to send the correct size collection car, has been taken by your couriers back and forth! I'm really sorry but I will fight for my refund! This is very unfair and I request this whole collection to be investigated further.
