Something is off, a couple of reviews dated today are mentioning delivery issues. Deliveries are being cancelled and rescheduled without the customer’s knowledge. I’ve been through it all, calls, emails. No one seems to know what’s happening in this circus of a company. My order has been rescheduled 3 times in 1 day (today). I keep getting notifications confirming a delivery that never takes place. The app is being updated with information that does not make sense, something about the package arriving @ the incorrect courier facility, blah blah blah. Don’t even try speaking to their customer service agents, they’re a bunch of useless robots who can not tell you anything except that they are busy following up with the courier department, then they never get back to you instead send you automated email responses with an apology as a greeting but never respond to your inquiry about your order & delivery date nor a solution.
