*********** idiots at the returns department!

Spent 2 full weeks being sent from pillar to post with regards to a return that I needed to do due to TAKEALOT sending me an incorrect product. Staff at the returns department are super ***********! I've had to explain the same thing to at least 16 of them. I eventually contacted their supplier for them to confirm that the advert on Takealot is in fact incorrect. ONE PHONE CALL. Bunch of useless ........
