*********** Drivers who fails to verify before deliver

Order: 6900***4 Takealot drivers are *********** to a point that their app showed that my order was delivered to a Kervin when I am actually a Tumi waiting for my order. What I noticed is they have a tendency of not caring when delivering in townships, they only give the best service when delivering in corporate spaces or suburbs which is a bad mentality because we all customers at the end of the day, I am still awaiting for my order and I need this order before I can travel abroad, the delays are costing me more than the value of this ****en order... So can someone retrieve this order and have it delivered to my address before close of business today, or else cancel the whole order....
