I placed an order on 2nd December. My delivery was scheduled for the 7th of November, as I am working from home to take delivery of the parcel. The App changed the date to the 6th of November, as I was working from office on that day and no one to accept the package on my behalf, hence scheduled for the 7th. The App said Receipt wasn’t available to take delivery, but I was at home working. The driver didn’t hoot or even call to say they are outside. How the fvck does that work ? Due to damn load shedding, I now need to go and work from office for the rest of the week, and had to beg my neighbour to accept the parcel of my behalf. This is beyond unacceptable !
