Poor service delivery. Firstly to contact Takealot is a problem. I went around in circles. My delivery was scheduled for 18 August 2022. I rescheduled for 19 August 2022. I received an sms re"customer refused delivery". I called the call center and spoke to Olwetatu reference no. ***8 who was more interesting in entrapping me for swearing and I didn't swear. He said that they came to my address and there was no one at home which was incorrect. I have been purchasing from Takelot for many years. They always call when they arrive at my gate Ge advised they can only deliver on Monday. When I went on the site I noticed he rescheduled for 25 August. He was more interested in defending himself instead of finding solutions. This is unacceptable 😤
