I have received no less than 4 calls from the guy who's supposed to deliver my parcel. We get deliveries to this address from Takealot and other companies ALL the time. I have no idea why this time is any different. The last time he called me he told me he wants me to COLLECT my parcel from some Sheet Street store somewhere and before I could say anything else abruptly ended the call. Currently I don't know if he's going to try and find my company or if he has decided to leave the parcel there and have me figure out how the hell I'm going to get it and where from. This is incompetence at its best. I use online shopping with courier delivery for a reason. I don't want to have to go collect my own parcel.
