<p>I did not expect the customer service to be this bad. Emailing back and forth because the consultant does not read my emails properly and does not respond to my actual requests. All they did was copy and paste processes. Its been a week but I only received one missed call and if I did not follow up on my emails, they would not have came back to me. </p>
