*********** and Unreliable - Costing me R15'000

Ordered a very expensive item, takelot's system needs you to pin your location. You pin it and pay and get a delivery date. plan your clients, gigs and income by their date, get an sms to confirm the date and then they ***** it all up by sending your package to some remote area 2000km from you and dont even bother giving you feedback. this is absolutely ridiculous and I will take this matter further. I just lost a R15'000 client due to TakeAlot's incompetence.
