*********** and Unhelpful

Very unhappy with takealot customer service... Very unresponsive and unhelpful... I ordered items, before confirming the payment, I changed my delivery address to residential address, then proceed toake a payment, but i noticed they have made the delivery to the work address, I notified them of the mistake immediately but they did not respond nor rectify the mistake, and I stand to incur costs because of them... Under the circumstances we are faced with as a country, i am deeply saddened and don't think will do business with them again.
